The machinery is the following:
- 1 UPRIGHT MECHANiZED CENTER CNC DECKEL MAHO 100 MONOBLOCKwith 5 axles numerically controled with HEIDENHAIN I TNC – 530 and equipped with carrusel of 32 tools and capacity for 1150x710x710mm
- 1 UPRIGHT MECHANIZED CENTERS CNC DECKEL MAHO, with 5 axles driven by numerical control HEIDENHAIN TNC 530, with carrusel of 32 tools with capacity for 1080x710x710mm.
- 1 Semi Control DECKEL MAHO, model DMU 50T features centrally 3+2 lubricated ball screw spindles and recirculating roller guide ways, a manual swivel rotary table, a tour of 500 has x 400x400, with store of 16 tools.
- 1 Semi Control DECKEL NEF 720 , swing dia. Over bed 710mm; distance between 2000mm.
- 1 CN HARRISON 1800 XS , swing dia. Over bed 850mm; distance between 2000mm.
- 2 UPRIGHT MECHANIZED CENTER, model BRIDGEPORT 720, with 4 axes driven by numerical control HEINDENHAIN, equipped with merry-go-round of 20 tools, with capacity for 700x400x400 m/m.
- 1 LATHE OKUMA LB 15 II M, with motive power tools, standard maximum diameter turning 360 mm x 500.
- 1 NUMERIC CONTROL LATHE, model OKUMA LB15, to mechanized until Red. 250 m/m x 500 totally new and full equipped.
- 2 UPRIGHT MECHANIZED CENTER OKUMA model MX-45VAE, 4 with 4 axes driven by numerical control OKUMA tipo OSP 700 M-G, with carrusel of 20 tools with capacity for 760x460x450.
- 1 UPRIGHT MECHANIZED CENTER CINCINNATI , of 1000 m/m, 3 axes driven by numerical control FANUC, with carrusel of 21 tools with capacity for 1075x500x500.
