Founded in 1949, this is a well-known company, famous for its services and high quality in heat treatments of all types of metallic alloys.
They have two workshops in Spain with a total surface of 5000m2, 60 workers as staffing and 16 vacuum furnaces with Ø 1500X2000 mm and 2500 kg of maximum capacity for quenching, tempering, annealing, nitriding, nitrocarburizing, plasma assisted nitrocarburizing IONIT-OX®, and carburising heat treatments. 6 “transfer” furnaces with 1600X1600X700 mm and 2000 kg maximum capacity for quenching, tempering, annealing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatments. A salts bath line for quenching, tempering, isothermic quenching, bainitic quenching and nitrocarburizing TENIFER® with 650X750X750 mm maximum capacity.
